Month of Firsts

This month has been a month of firsts for our growing family. Jeff graduated from Milligan this month, so we were able to take Adaline to visit our alma mater for the first time. We visited the bookstore and bought Adaline her first Milligan t-shirt. :) We had our first family mini vacation to Pigeon Forge. It is unreal how much stuff we had to pack for such a little person - wow! Adaline debuted in her first church play as baby Jesus. And we celebrated our first Christmas with our sweet Adaline.

It's been a while

Things in the Bowers Home have been a little hectic the last few weeks and we have been behind in updating the blog. We will update again very soon - promise! I had to post a blog to share how proud I am of my husband. Jeff completed his MBA in October and graduated 2 weeks ago. Congratulations Jeff - we are SO proud of you!!!

Adaline's Nana and Pawpaw surprised her with this chair as a coming home gift. This is her first picture in this chair - 2 days old!

Halloween

Here is a picture of Adaline's first Halloween. She was too small for a costume this year so she wore a pumpkin onesie. The weather was so nice, we sat out on our front porch and gave out candy to the cute kiddos in our neighborhood. Bryley also celebrated Halloween, dressed as a Bumble Bee.

I came home yesterday to the results of a home photo shoot. Black sheet draped over the couch in the front room, a stack of white towels (props I think) and a burp cloth next to the sheet. Here are a couple of the pictures Melonie took of Adaline while she was fast asleep.

Let's start with a short introduction. There are now five members of the Bowers family. Two walk on two legs, two walk on four legs and one, well she won't be walking any time soon.
